			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;m stubbornly trying to complete the task of replacing the speaker in a friend&#39;s Fender Hot Rod Deluxe.  He had me order a Jensen P12N.

Only after mounting it and trying to put the chassis back in the cabinet did I learn that, with the bell cover on, it doesn&#39;t fit with the chassis in
place.  Now I also have a dented bell cover on the thing.

1) Can the bell cover be removed reasonably? Just tugging on it (assuming a friction fit) didn&#39;t work.

			<description><![CDATA[ I inherited five &#39;64 Rola speakers (10 inch) that supposedly came out of an old organ. I&#39;m a guitar player. And was hoping to use them with guitar gear
if possible. They seem to all settle at about 5.5 ohms on the multimeter. Is this normal for older speakers? Are these usable with Fender guitar amps/cabinets?
or other brands? 5.5 ohms seems weird to me. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Just recieved a matched pair of Fender Utah speakers from Ebay auction. &#39;74,s! One, original cone...one re-cone. To start with, the re-cone looks
amateur...and does not have the throw that the original has . It measures 7.6 ohm. The original cone speaker measures 13.9 ohm...more like a 16 ohm speaker.
What gives? I have never encountered a pair of identical speakers with such a mis-match of ohms...Rod ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I bought a &#39;69 Twin Reverb that has a pair of Altec 417-8C speakers. Heavy Muthers !! I have read that they are pretty decent speakers. Here is the
problem. They do sound nice when hitting notes and playing consistantly, but I notice an annoying buzzing as the note decays. Its kind of a underlying
fuzz-tone that will sustain, long after the note-tone fades. What gives? Voice coil, maybe? I have plugged the amp into another cab and this does not happen.

fired one up in the DR and man does it sound great.....great bass response and the high end is smooth, smooth, smooth.

I had a Jensen 68 C12N in there with the original cones. I like the alnico much better. I think I prefer the alnico sound. I have the CTS alnicos in my BFSR
and favored them over various ceramics I have used.
