I was playin a show last night, and my horn on my 147 stopped spinning in 1st gear, but is spinning fine

in 2nd.

Im using an XB2 that Frank gave me at Hammond with an adaptor for the 147.

Could i have a pin issue or does it sound like a switch has gone funky?

I have an old CV in real good shape &amp; she sounds sweet thru my 145. BUT......I gotta believe the tone generator caps are in need of replacement. Some of
you have been deep in the bowels of these old girls before, I would imagine. First, how do you get to the TG and second, I&#39;ve heard that these caps were
matched with inductors and that replacements would likely alter the resonance of these circuits....true??

			<description><![CDATA[ Hey Guys.....as you know from my other posts I got this leslie over the passed summer.....it sounds wonderful. I did some work on the motors and stuff....all
is good. When I got the amp I thought the reverb wasn&#39;t working....the speaker checks out OK and the &quot;bulbs&quot; in the amp were on so to speak. But
it no reverb. I did a little t/s but kind of put it on the back burner. The reverb in the spinet M111 console cranks so it makes up for it in the basement jam

			<description><![CDATA[ Dammit!! I've had it! There just aren't enough leslies out there!!!   I missed (outbid,...badly) another one on Ebay. A beater, untested, 251. Nicks, scrapes, stored in a barn. I was willing to go $500, and the damn thing went for $710!!<br><br> I got pissed off, woke up sunday morning with leslies on the brain and went to the lumberyard.  $375 dollars later, I have enough Mahogany cabinet plywood to build 4 122/147 type cabs.<br>I made a louver cutting blade for my circular saw over a year... ]]></description>

I've been collecting hammond preamps, drawbar sets, and percussion parts over the last years or so. My aim is to turn this CV into a smooth drawbar C3.
